File A Claim
If the damage incurred to your property meets or exceeds standard industry requirements, your representative will advise you to make a 5-minute phone call to your insurance provider.
Adjuster Appointment
A representative of JACS will consult with your insurance provider on your behalf. This consultation ensures the scope of work accurately reflects required repairs to indemnify your property back to pre-storm condition in accordance with state laws, local building codes, and manufacturer installation specifications.
Work Order
Once the insurance adjustment and first check(s) have arrived; JACS documents are signed, a start date is scheduled, and the first check(s) is/are collected.
Supplement
On occasion an adjuster can overlook damage, forget to add items while preparing the claim paperwork, or not know about a specific code or ordinance that’s enforced in a county. Supplements are necessary in order to make sure the property owner has all the funds needed to restore their property back to pre-loss conditions with like-kind-and-quality material.
Repairs
Your General Contractor will schedule and manage all repairs to ensure that work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Invoice
Once all work is complete, a final invoice is sent to your insurance provider.
Final Check(s)
Within 5-10 business days the depreciation check(s) will arrive and your General Contractor will collect the final payment.
