advise you to make a 5-minute phone call to your insurance carrier.

A representative of JACS will consult with your insurance carrier on your behalf. This consultation ensures the scope of work accurately reflects repairs required to indemnify your property back to pre-storm condition in accordance with state laws, local building codes, and manufacturer installation specifications.

Work Order

Once the insurance scope and first check(s) have arrived; JACS documents are signed, a start date is scheduled, and the first check(s) is/are collected.

Supplement

Sometimes an adjuster can overlook damage, forget to add items while preparing the scope of the claim, or not know about a code or ordinance that requires a specific material to be used. Supplements are necessary in order to be sure the property owner has all the funds needed to restore their property back to pre-loss conditions with like-kind-and-quality material.
